All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Time:
We strive to deliver your order within 10-15 working days from the date of shipping. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of Rs. 2500 or more.

For orders below Rs. 2500, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be applied at checkout.
4. Order Status:
You will receive an email notification from us once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has been shipped. Currently, we do not offer a live order tracking facility. However, if your order has not arrived within the estimated 10-15 working days, please feel free to contact us for an update.
5. Shipping Address:
To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
