Refund & Return Policy

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags intact

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at support@lavishlane.co.in.
Please note: a β‚Ή200.00 flat fee will be charged for return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

If your return is successfully received and passes all quality checks, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • Damaged

  • Or if you received the wrong item

We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges on all products except intimate wear (e.g., swimwear and lingerie), which must have original tags and hygiene stickers.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Only one exchange/return per order is allowed

  • A store credit (Gift Card) will be issued for exchanged items

    • Valid for 6 months

  • Items purchased using a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again

Items failing the above conditions will be rejected during quality check (QC) and returned to the customer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your store credit or refund, please contact us at support@lavishlane.co.in.
